1. The subject of the order is: design and construction of an insulated warehouse building with a separate sanitary facility within the designed hall. 2. The scope of the subject of the order includes in particular: a) development of design documentation necessary to obtain a valid building permit and Health and Safety Information (BIOZ) and fire safety instructions, b) obtaining the necessary decisions, opinions, arrangements and permits conditioning the conduct of construction works, c) preparation of the BIOZ plan by the construction manager and submission for approval by the Ordering Party before the commencement of construction worksd) submitting a notification of the commencement of construction works to the state administration body PINB in ​​Lidzbark Warmiski, e) delivery necessary materials and equipment, f) construction of the designed hall by qualified employees in the scope described in detail below, g) delivery and assembly of devices and installations in the facility, h) carrying out final tests and operational tests, i) managing works in the person of a construction manager and, if necessary, industry works managers with appropriate construction qualifications...
