1) The subject of the order is the construction of a warehouse hall for the OLiOC program along with the necessary infrastructure. The scope of the order includes in particular: a) construction of a warehouse hall (hall building, single-bay, steel structure, consisting of two storage rooms) with the following parameters: - Area usable area: 358.70 m2 - area Building area: 387.0 m2- Volume: 2, 366.8 m3- Dimensions: 34.44 m 12.43 m- Height: 6.17 m / structure height. + 5.17 m- Number of floors: 1b) execution of road works, internal roads, exit, sidewalks, c) reconstruction of existing infrastructure, protection of the FI 600 water pipeline, d) land development.2) The Ordering Party requires that the quality warranty period for the completed construction works is at least 36 months from the date of receipt of the completed item orders. Moreover, the Ordering Party requires that the warranty period for defects be equal to the quality warranty period.
