the subject of the order is the construction, including design and construction, of a warehouse hall for the needs of civil protection and civil defense in the town of Cedry Wielkie, in particular consisting of: a) Preparation of design documentation together with obtaining a decision on a construction permit or other document authorizing the Ordering Party to perform construction works and other design documentation necessary to complete the task, including architectural and construction designs, technical designs, executive drawings, including detailed drawings of construction solutions, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, and detailed cost estimates for the works divided into industries. The basis for developing design documentation is the Functional and Utility Program (hereinafter referred to as PFU), constituting an annex to the Specification of Order Terms (SWZ b) Performance of all construction works and other activities, including the purchase and delivery of indicated devices and equipment in accordance with the purpose of the investment, SWZ and PFU, as well as with the developed by Prepare project documentation necessary for full implementation and acceptance of the investment.
