Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the execution of an investment called: Construction of a warehouse with the necessary infrastructure for OLiOC in the town of Odolion on plots no. 43/16, 43/15, 43/13, Odolion area. Detailed description of the subject and scope the subject of the order and the conditions of implementation are specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - contract template and Annex No. 11 Functional and Utility Program.2. The scope of the task was divided separately into: Stage I: development of design technical documentation along with the necessary decisions administrative documents allowing construction works to be carried out for the task. Implementation of the construction and executive design, obtaining decisions required by law. Stage II: execution of construction works based on the technical documentation approved by the Ordering Party obtaining an occupancy permit or reporting construction works and reporting the completion of construction works in accordance with applicable regulations.3.
