1. The subject of the order are construction works including the execution of the task entitled: Construction of a warehouse at JRG Wodzisław lski based on design documentation prepared by LASOK ARCHITECTS Andrzej Lasok from Wodzisław lski and the decision on construction permit no. 0937/25 of December 17, 2024 and no-objection certificate No. WAB.6743.3.0011.2026 of February 25, 2026, reporting the demolition of the farm building.2. The scope of works includes: 1) demolition works: - demolition of concrete, masonry and reinforced concrete elements, - demolition of concrete and bituminous surfaces together with the sub-base, - dismantling part of the fence together with the demolition of the foundations, - demolition of the farm building, 2) construction works: - earthworks, - making the sub-base from crushed aggregate, - planning the soil from excavations, - construction of awnings and foundation footings, - installation of a prefabricated reinforced concrete channel with moisture-proof insulation, - erection of foundation walls from concrete blocks 25 and 38 cm thick, - execution of horizontal and vertical moisture-proof insulation of awnings, footings foundations and foundation walls, - backfilling and simultaneous compaction of the space between foundation walls, - removal...
