1. The subject of the order are construction works called: Construction of a warehouse with a hiding place - STAGE I, as part of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense program under the targeted subsidy agreement No. 51.7.1/IBW/OLiOC/2026, including: - Earthworks and preparatory works and organization of the construction site, including: topsoiling, work on excavations and embankments, construction of a temporary technical road as access to the construction site; - construction of foundations, stairs, walls and reinforced concrete slabs; - insulation of vertical and horizontal elements subject to covering; - Reinforced concrete and masonry works, i.e. construction of external walls, vertical partitions, ceiling, beams, beams and ceiling slabs; - construction of roof covering with structure and full insulation with roof and thermal membranes.
