1. The subject of the order is the construction of a warehouse hall with a connection to the existing garage hall, in the design and construction system. The ordering party has developed a functional and utility program together with a land development project architectural and construction, geotechnical documentation, demolition design of a warehouse building and above-ground bunker, and bill of quantities. For construction purposes, the Contractor should prepare technical documentation for the construction of a warehouse hall along with a cost estimate. Ordering Party has a permit for the construction of a warehouse hall and the demolition of existing facilities.2. The implementation of the subject of the order includes: 1) preparation of technical documentation, 2) dismantling of the existing fence located within the investment, execution of demolition works existing building and construction facility in the form of a bunker and execution of construction works and as-built documentation, as well as ensuring author's supervision.3.
