1. The subject of the order are construction works called: Construction of a warehouse for the needs of OLiOC along with land development.2. The plot includes the guard building of the Rescue and Firefighting Unit No. 3 in Gdańsk at ul. Trakt w. Wojciecha 263, Dziaka no 97/5 obrb 109 consisting of a garage part (1 floor) and an office and social part (2 floors above ground). The structure of the building is compact. Garage section with a rectangular plan, external dimensions 63.9 m x 33.8 m, office and social part in the form of an extension wings with dimensions approx. 16.5 m x 17.9 m. Directly adjacent to the eastern wall of the guardhouse is a warehouse hall scheduled for demolition. The building is a single-story building with a rectangular plan. 15.5 m x 36.6 m.3. The scope of the order includes construction warehouse and garage hall in a steel structure at the Rescue and Firefighting Unit No. 3 in Gdańsk, including the demolition of the existing warehouse hall, reconstruction of existing networks and land development.4.
