The scope of the order includes in particular: a) development of design documentation as part of the Functional and Utility Program (hereinafter referred to as FFU), along with obtaining the necessary decisions and arrangements for the implementation of the investment task, b) execution of construction and assembly works and installation works together with the necessary accompanying infrastructure based on the design documentation prepared by the Contractor along with services that are not construction works, c) exercising author's supervision over the developed design documentation at the stage construction works being carried out. The detailed scope of works is presented in the Functional and Utility Program (FFU).
