1. The subject of the order is: Construction of a warehouse facility on plot no. 2580 (registration area: 0007 Komnice) in the town of Komnice in the Design and Build formula. 2. The order is carried out in the Design and Build formula and includes: 1) Construction comprehensive design documentation of the warehouse facility based on the Functional and Utility Program (FFU), along with obtaining all required agreements, opinions and administrative decisions2) Execution of construction works in accordance with the approved documentation. The settlement of the works is a lump sum.3) Performing all accompanying works and activities necessary for the proper implementation of the commissioning and acceptance of the subject of the order3.
