Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the construction of a civil protection warehouse on plot no. 1028/7 in Dobrzyca. 2. As part of the investment, it is planned to construct a single-story warehouse building without a basement, with a compact building shape on a rectangular plan, with horizontal dimensions of 30.30 x 9.95 m, with a gable roof, with a built-up area of ​​301.45 m2 and a height of 6.51 m. The building's steel structure is protected against corrosion and fire-resistant R30. Non-roof structure, lattice girder. the walls and roof will be made of sandwich panels. Epoxy-quartz industrial floor according to the design. The building will be equipped with garage doors enabling the entry of cars with goods. As part of the implementation of the contract, the contractor will harden the area in accordance with the land development plan constituting an annex to the procedure. The planned building will be equipped with an electrical installation (lighting installation, low-voltage plug sockets and power supply), monitoring, and lightning protection installation. 3.
