Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment called Construction of a civil protection equipment warehouse in Saboszów, under which the Contractor is obliged to construct a civil protection equipment warehouse building together with external infrastructure, i.e. external installation electric, external water installation and sewage connection with a septic tank for sewage, a path and an access road via a pedestrian and road route, to the plot no. 195/2 in msc. Saboszw, commune Saboszw. 2. Regardless of the obligations referred to in section 1 above, the Contractor is obliged to deliver and install an information board informing about the Ordering Party's receipt of the subsidy referred to in section 7 below, corresponding to the requirements of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of May 7, 2021 on determining the activities information undertaken by entities implementing tasks financed or co-financed from the state budget or state earmarked funds (hereinafter: Information Board). 3.
