Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment project entitled: Construction of a warehouse for civil defense needs in Kolsk. The task will be implemented in the DESIGN AND BUILD formula. The contractor prepares full design documentation and obtains the necessary decisions administrative and carries out construction works on the basis of the developed design documentation. The subject of the order includes: a) design works within the scope of the plot with obtaining a permit for the construction of a municipal third party liability warehouse, a complete construction design, technical and executive;b) construction works construction of the closed shell;c) installation works (connections, external and internal installations), electrical installation;d) construction works finishing works, facades;e) obtaining a notification of completion of works or obtaining an occupancy permit (if required) and submitting as-built documentation to the Ordering Party.
