Tender Details

The subject of the order is the construction of a warehouse building at ul. Popaciska 8 in Pockk, along with equipment for the State Fire Service KM in Pockk. The scope of the project includes, among others, the following works: execution of works consisting in the demolition of an existing facility for exercises (climbing and running) and collection and disposal of waste resulting from demolition, construction of a warehouse building to the extent described in the design documentation and equipping the warehouse rooms with a racking system (in accordance with the list of equipment constituting Appendix No. 11 to SWZ). In addition, the contractor will provide the Ordering Party with full documentation enabling it to obtain an occupancy permit. The subject of the order is specified in the design documentation (Annex No. 8 to the SWZ) with inclusions (specified in Annex No. 10 to the SWZ) and technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works (Annex No. 9 to the SWZ) as well as a list of equipment (Annex No. 11 to the SWZ). The subject of the order is also specified in the contract template, Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
