The subject of the order is the implementation of the task: Construction of a warehouse building in Jabonna-Majtek. The purpose of the planned investment is the construction of a warehouse and garage building with a social area. The facility will consist of two functional parts: a higher hall with a structure steel, intended mainly for storage and garage purposes, and the lower container part, which serves as a social facility for employees. The designed building will have a service function aimed at meeting the needs of the population of the Jabonna commune in its scope of services related to the implementation of tasks related to the commune's municipal management. The aim of the investment is to provide appropriate conditions for storing materials and equipment necessary for the ongoing maintenance and operation of municipal infrastructure. They will be stored in the building among others loose materials such as sand, as well as tools, technical equipment, cars and a tractor used in the everyday municipal activities of the Commune. As part of the land development project, it is also planned to build hardened surfaces, as well external installations.
