1. The subject of the order are construction works, the subject of which is the construction of a warehouse and garage with technical infrastructure, on the registration plot No. 69/19 at ul. Obwodowa 1 in Kranik.2. As part of the order and the price offered by the Contractor, will perform, among others: the following works and responsibilities: a) hardening the entrance area to the hall with concrete paving stones (access and access to the building, capillary seal). b) performing the following installations: water and sewage system, connecting cold and hot water systems (possible use of a local water heater) and sewage system for the storage room of the compressor room, execution of sewage system in the floor, including min. 80% of the canal hall span with access grilles enabling water drainage from the floor, electrical installation (lighting and sockets 230 V and 400 V), including a photovoltaic installation with energy storage with a capacity of min. 6 kW, lightning protection system, gravity and mechanical ventilation system, ensuring the required number of air changes in force, internal separator of petroleum substances, compressed air installation...
