Tender Details

1. Name of the subject of the order: CONSTRUCTION OF A WALKWAY AT UL. WIERZBOWA, RODA LSKA KOMORNIKI 2. The order will be carried out in the design and build formula, i.e. it includes: 1) development of complete design documentation along with obtaining the necessary opinions, arrangements, including: a) obtaining a final decision on a building permit or a certificate of acceptance of the notification of works that do not require a building permit or a ZRID decision, and b) preparing materials, submitting an application and obtaining a final decision decision on a construction permit (or a certificate of acceptance of the notification of works or a decision on the permit for the implementation of a road investment - if necessary), as well as obtaining other administrative decisions necessary to complete the task investment; 2) execution of construction works based on design documentation prepared by the Contractor.
