Construction of Waiting Shed
1. The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through its loan granted from the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) intends to apply the sum of Php 499, 996.06 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Waiting Shed located at Purok-5, Poblacion, Sumilao, Bukidnon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Sumilao Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the Construction of Waiting Shed with a total floor area of 28.00 square meter. Completion of Works is required 60 Calendar Days. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
