INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT FOR TWO FAILED BIDDING
The Local Government Unit of Barangay Indiana through the External Fund, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FORTY THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR PESOS AND 42/100 (₱ 143, 484.42) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project “Construction of Waiting Shed - Indiana Integrated School, Indiana, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya” - Second Posting. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
