The subject of the order includes the construction of the Volunteer Fire Department station in Lipnica Maej in accordance with the requirements specified in the Terms of Reference based on the technical documentation, STWiOR, and in accordance with the principles of construction art and technical knowledge, applicable regulations law, in particular technical and construction regulations, industry standards and PN.2. The scope of works necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the contract referred to in section 1, includes in particular: Construction of a service building for the Volunteer Fire Department station with technical infrastructure (equipment construction): water supply installation and water supply connection, sanitary sewage installation and sanitary sewage connection, electrical energy installation, photovoltaic installation, expansion of the water supply network along with the construction of an external ground hydrant, paved access and access, parking spaces, storage space3.
