The subject of the order is the construction of a building for the Volunteer Fire Department in owkowice along with technical and training facilities on plot no. 545/10 (obrb owkowice) in the design and build formula. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER IN THE SCOPE OF WORKS DESIGN: The basis for preparing complete multi-discipline design documentation is the attached Functional and Utility Program. The Ordering Party requires comprehensive multi-discipline design documentation allowing for obtaining a construction permit and efficient execution construction works. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor establishes the final scope of the construction design with the Ordering Party at the stage of developing the concept preceding the development of the construction design.
