Tender Details

The Vänmann island beach structures construction site is located in the Pokkinen district of the city of Oulu. The beach structures to be built are located in the western part of Vänmanni island, in the area between the western corner of the Theater and the western corner of the main library. The contract includes construction of beach structures in the western part of Vänmanni island in the area between the Theater and the main library. The shore structures on the sides facing the theater and the main library are continued with a similar type of structure up to the corner of the island, but on the side facing Pikisaari on the side of Vänmann's island, the beach structures are located approximately 12-13 m on the sea side of the current shoreline. The shore structures are built under the protection of the working dam as dry work. During the construction and dismantling of the working dam, there must be a silt curtain the entire way in place. The permanent portion of the steel sheet piling wall from the entire request for tender is conditional, and the contractor will be informed about its procurement no later than August 14, 2026. A permanent steel sheet piling wall has its own list of quantities and unit prices and what it consists of the total price is taken into account when comparing offers. The portion of the permanent steel retaining wall must also include all overhead costs. If the price of the conditional part differs substantially from the general price level, the customer has the right to reject the offer.
