The subject of the investment is the construction of a service building for a village community center according to catalog project entitled "UC 67 L" with changes including the exit, water connection, external sanitary sewage installation to the septic tank and internal power supply installation electricity in the town of Witanowice, plot 0008 rem-Witanowice, registry unit 021602_2, Gaworzyce commune, on plots with registration numbers 46/10, 110 and 76/1. The scope of works includes the construction of a single-story building with an unusable attic, without a basement and a roof. gable with a symmetrical roof slope angle of 40, covered with brick-colored ceramic tiles with equipment and a photovoltaic installation. The body of the building is based on a rectangular plan.
