Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the construction of a village community center with construction equipment, including an internal gas installation in Szymanów, in accordance with the construction permit - decision No. 1932/2024 of November 22, 2024 Characteristic parameters: - area buildings - 147.10 + terrace 40.50 m2 - usable area - 119.38 m2 - cubic capacity - 83.28 m3 - total area - 187.60 m3 - building height - 6.66 m - number of floors - 1 - building dimensions - 9.08 x 16.20 m The order should include also:- cutting down trees- replacement plantings - road works - as-built surveying inventory - energy performance certificate - tests and measurements necessary to put the building into use and obtain an occupancy permit on behalf of the Ordering Party. Detailed description of the subject the order, as well as the description of the Ordering Party's requirements in relation to the implementation of the subject of the order and its acceptance, are specified in the technical documentation (Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ) and the draft provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ).
