The facades are finished using technology ventilated, using boards mounted vertically. The facility will be constructed using wooden frame construction technology. The use of renewable raw materials and prefabrication technology reduces the impact of construction on the natural environment. Main entrance leading through a wooden terrace made of wooden joists resting on a concrete foundation. The building will be heated using electric heating mats, divided into independent zones, which allows the heating to be adjusted to the current use of the facility. The building is equipped with internal electrical and sanitary installations and will be connected to the water, sewage and electricity networks. Rainwater will be distributed in the wild area.
