3.1 The subject of the order are construction works in a single-story building of a village community center, which is in an open shell condition (with a complete roof covering), together with the necessary sanitary infrastructure, on plot No. 25/3 in the Nowa Wie commune. Sulejw, as part of the task investment project entitled: Construction of a village community center in Nowa Wieś.3.2 The contract provides for the performance of the works mentioned above: 1) construction of partition walls; 2) installation of window joinery, including: single-segment tilt-and-case window made of PVC, 4 pieces, tilt-and-tilt window side-hinged, bipartite PVC 6 pieces;3) installation of external window sills made of coated steel sheet;4) installation of PVC balcony doors - 1 piece;5) installation of internal door joinery, including: doors on aluminum profiles 2 pieces;6) installation of door joinery external, including: doors on aluminum profiles 1 piece, doors on steel profiles (technical) 1 piece; Note: The dimensions of window and door joinery should be checked in nature. 7) insulating the building walls with polystyrene foam, including the layer armed;8) execution of external sewage installation, concrete septic tank 10 m3;9) execution of internal sewage installation...
