The subject of the order is the construction of a container building for a rural community center along with technical infrastructure designed as prefabricated elements delivered with the container, as part of the task titled: Construction of a rural community center in Klew. As part of the above-mentioned The investment is planned to be built on the plot no. gr. 207, area 0012 Klew, commune. arns of a container common room equipped with furniture, sanitary facilities, lighting and electrical equipment. All equipment will ensure the use of the building in accordance with intended use: all equipment delivered prefabricated with the container. The planned investment includes the construction of a container village community center building with technical infrastructure. The building will be equipped with the following installations: - water supply, - electricity, - sanitary sewage system (existing sewage tank), - heating (electric heaters), - gravity ventilation (optionally assisted ventilation), in accordance with the design documentation, constitute Appendix No. 5 to SWZ and bill of quantities.2. As part of the order, the Contractor is obliged to obtain and submit to the Ordering Party a permit to use the building.
