As part of this task, it is planned to perform: CONSTRUCTION WORKS: Execution: 1. Insulation of the floor with 10 cm thick Styrofoam on foil (2x5 cm Styrofoam is in the Investor's possession) on an area of ​​87 m22. Concrete screed, 7 cm thick, with an area of ​​87 m2 incl reinforced with steel meshes.3. Internal plasters (cement and lime), excluding bathrooms. Area to be plastered: 170.00 m2.4. Suspended ceilings made of plasterboards with an area of ​​31 m2, including grouting, priming and painting, attached to the collar beams. OSB boards should be installed above the ceilings (boards owned by the Investor).5. Insulation of the roof surface with a 30 cm thick mineral wool and installation of vapor barrier (including the roof over the terrace) with an area of ​​115 m2.6. Porcelain tiles on the entire surface of the building, including the terrace area of ​​87 m2 with 10 cm high plinths flush with the walls.7. Terracotta on the walls of bathrooms with an area of ​​66 m2.8. Priming and two-time painting of the entire (inside) facility with an area of ​​170 m29.
