Tender Details

Construction of a village community center in Bliu1. The subject of the order is the construction of a village community center along with full development of the area, which includes: parking spaces, pedestrian access to the building and greenery. The building is located on plot no. 97/1 in the Bliu commune. Kty Wrocawskie. It is planned to build a detached, single-story brick building with no basement, with a gable roof made of wood and covered with metal roof tiles. Construction of an exit from the municipal road and parking spaces next to the community center building. The Contractor is also responsible for landscaping the area and delivering and installing the first equipment for the village community center, as well as household appliances, furniture and an AED defibrillator on the façade at the entrance to the community center. 2. Detailed description and terms of order fulfillment are specified in the design documentation (DP), the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiOR), and in the draft contract. The ordering party provides the bill of quantities, however, due to the lump sum remuneration, it is only of auxiliary nature for preparation of a valuation.
