Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the construction of a village community center along with land development for a plot in the village of Porzowo, registry number 28/1, in accordance with the decision - Construction permit 161/2025 of June 5, 20252. A detailed description of the subject of the order in question in paragraph 1 is included in the design documentation, Appendix No. 1 to SWZ. NOTE: The bill of quantities attached to the design documentation is of auxiliary nature. In the event of any discrepancies between the bill of quantities and the construction design, the provisions contained in project. Technical documentation is paramount; the attached bills of quantities are of an auxiliary nature in order to clearly delineate the scope of work to be performed as part of the task.3. The Ordering Party recommends carrying out a site visit, after prior arrangement with the Ordering Party the date of its implementation.
