The Barangay Government of Lim-ao, Kananga, Leyte, through its BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC), through 20% Royalty Tax Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Fourteen Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Eight Pesos & 97/100 (Php 1, 414, 978.97) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of View Deck at Sitio Kasidlakan received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Government of Lim-ao, Kananga, Leyte, through its BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC), now
invites bids for Construction of View Deck at Sitio Kasidlakan. Completion of the works is required 65 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids a contract similar to the Project.
