1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IVA, through the Organic Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Ᵽ 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Vermicomposting Shed under Organic Agriculture Program FY 2026 (Second Posting) Lot 3: Brgy. San Luis II, Guinayangan, Quezon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
