Tender Details

The subject of the order is the design, obtaining the legally required decisions and permits for the implementation of a road investment and the construction of the VeloKoszarawa bicycle trail in the Jelenia Commune, stage I and stage II. 4.1 As part of the order, the contractor will be obliged to:- prepare project documentation, including the design of the target traffic organization in terms of marking the bicycle route with vertical signs and the design of a section of the pedestrian and bicycle path along with the design of accompanying works in the scope of stormwater drainage, reconstruction of fences, construction of retaining walls, reconstruction of external equipment and any other works necessary to complete the investment in question; - obtain arrangements, opinions and administrative decisions necessary to complete the task investment, water permit and obtain, on behalf of the ordering party, a decision authorizing the implementation of the ZRID road investment; the contractor will ensure the implementation of additional elements that are not part of the ZRID, i.e. target and temporary traffic organization projects;- perform construction works based on design documentation and cost estimates developed and approved by the ordering party; down...
