Description : Invitation to Bid for Construction of Vegetable Drying Shed at Chontog
1) The Barangay of Gusaran, through the 20% BDF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Four Hundred Seventeen Pesos and 40 centavos (PhP 280, 417.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Vegetable Drying Shed at Chontog, located in Gusaran, Kabayan, Benguet. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay of Gusaran now invites bids for construction of vegetable drying shed. Completion of the Works is required 32 calendar days upon receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
