The Barangay Urbiztondo, Claver, Surigao del Norte through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites contractors registered with and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) to bid for the hereunder contract:
Name of Contract & Location: CONSTRUCTION OF URBIZTONDO BARANGAY HALL PHASE II
Project Description: To construc tile works with granite kitchen, (complete w/ painting hinger and handles), additional portition below stair area, with door dry wall, landscaping.
Equipment-s Minimum Requirements (Owned): 1 tile cutter, 1mixer bagger, 1 grinder
Duration of Contract: 60CD
Source of Fund: General Fund /LGU Assistance
The bidding shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using a non-discretionary -œpass/pail- criterion as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA 9184 otherwise known as Government Procurement Reform Act.
Prospective bidders should have completed within three (3) years, a single contract that is similar to the contract to be bid, and whose value, adjusted to current prices using the National Statistics (NSO) consumer price indices and, of at least fifty percent (50%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to be bid. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents particularly in Section II, Instruction to Bidders.

The prospective bidder/s may purchase the bidding documents from the BAC Secretariat, at the Barangay Office of Barangay Urbiztondo, Claver, Surigao del Norte upon submission of the following documents and payment of a non-refundable fee of Php 5, 000.00
The Pre-Bid Conference shall be open only to all interested parties who have paid the bidding fee. Bid requirements must be submitted to the BAC Secretariat on November 5, 2019 not later than 9:30AM. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in the Instruction to Bidders, Clause 18. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend the bidding. Late bids shall not be accepted.
The BLGU-Urbiztondo, Claver, Surigao del Norte reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s.
