Construction of the Urban Futsal Hall - Sárkány Aréna Construction of a city futsal hall according to construction plans, 2537/4, owned by the Municipality of Nyírbátor. hrsz-ú, in nature 4300 Nyírbátor, Szabadság tér - Szentvér u. "Mothers." útja - on a property located in the inner area of ​​the block bounded by Báthori Street. The planned hall has a ground floor + 2-level design, the usable floor area is approx. 3250m2, while the building's gross floor area is approx. 2310 m2. The hall part of the building has a steel frame structure, the span of which is 32.78m, while other parts of the building are made with reinforced concrete pillar frame, monolithic reinforced concrete slab structure, load-bearing and stiffening masonry. In the hall area approx. 1490m2 of sports parquet flooring is being made. It is a winner within the framework of the investment the task of the contractor is to carry out the external utilities, road and garden construction works required for the building, as well as obtaining the final occupancy permit. The construction includes the building's full-scale building engineering and building electricity also the design of its systems, especially heating, cooling, ventilation systems, as well as high-current and low-current electrical networks.
