Reputed contractors / construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years general experience in the construction and fair face concrete works as prime contractor will gate preference in this tender.2. Having satisfactory completion of at least 1(one) nos of similar works like construction of fair-faced concrete gate work in a single tender amounting not less than Tk 35 (thirty five) lakh under Government/ Semi-Government /Autonomous organization within last 5 (five) years.3. Certificate of authentication in respect to similar works should have to be furnished by the tenderer along with tender documents in the following manner as applicable.4. The uploding completion certificate attached in the tender will be issued by the officer no below the rank of Executive Engineer.5. The following upto date documents to submitted by tenderers are :a. Attested copy of VAT registration Certificate.b. Attested copy of TIN certificate.c. Attested copy of e-Return / Income tax certificate.d. Attested copy of vate pay (online) certificate.e. Attested copy of up to date Trade licence.f. Attested copy of Enlistment / Licence book of Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous organization.g. NID Card.NB: Archtectural firms will be given preference.
