CONSTRUCTION OF UNI BISTRO AS INSTRUCTIONAL FACILITY

Project Reference No.: INFRA2024-02-0013

1. The Negros Oriental State University (NORSU), through the SPECIAL TRUST FUND

164 intends to apply the sum Five Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PHP

5, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the

contract for CONSTRUCTION OF UNI BISTRO AS INSTRUCTIONAL FACILITY. Bids

received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Negros Oriental State University (NORSU) now invites bids for the construction of

CONSTRUCTION OF UNI BISTRO AS INSTRUCTIONAL FACILITY. Completion of the

Works is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days from the date of receipt

of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The

description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in

Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
