4.1. The subject of the order is the execution of construction works as part of the task entitled: Construction of an underground parking lot with an above-ground district civil defense warehouse for the needs of protecting the population of the Golubsko-Dobrzyskie poviat. Construction works - stage I.4.2. Order includes the construction of an underground floor of the building (basement), which includes a parking lot, a social and communication area and a section for emergency medical services. The scope of works includes: General construction works related to: - preparation of the site for construction, i.e. clearing trees, demolition of elements of a closed sewage treatment plant and earthworks; - construction of the building structure, i.e. foundations with insulation, construction of a light well, construction of a reinforced concrete structure: columns, cores, beams, joists and reinforced concrete stairs together with the ceilings of the underground floor; - construction of a floor on the ground; - securing the area after the first stage of construction in accordance with health and safety regulations to prevent unauthorized persons from entering the facility by fencing the construction site and securing openings, among others. elevator shaft, light well, garage exit and emergency exits...
