1. The Provincial Government of Pangasinan, through the Agri-Infra/Livelihood & Agri-Industrial Projects (Excise Tax) (PR#2026-03-01511) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty-One Million Eight Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos (P141, 829, 295.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Umingan Community Hospital (Phase III), Umingan, Pangasinan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Pangasinan now invites bids for Construction of Umingan Community Hospital. Completion of the Works is required Three Hundred Fifty-Five (355) Calendar Days.
