Eligibility of Tenderer : A Contractor's firm is working in Government, Semi government and autonomous bodies having the following:1. Minimum 5 (five) years general experience in Construction works.2. A satisfactory Completion of similar nature of fire fighting related steel structure works with similar complexity at least Tk.18 lakhs under a single contract(s) over a period of 5 (five) years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.80 Lakhs over the last 3 (three) years years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. In this regard, the tenderer must submit all supporting documents (only the payment certificate), failing which the tenderer may be rejected as being incomplete.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.15 lakhs, The Document submitted along with the tender must be issued between the publication date and the submission date of the tender. The prescribed form for the line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per form PW2a-7 of tender.5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.20 lakhs, Supporting information must be filled up as per the enclosed form (list of ongoing works/commitments) All other conditions as mentioned in the e-TDS & PCC of the e-tender document must be fulfilled.6. The tenderers must have up to date valid License from Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defence.7. The tenderers must enclose an Up-to-date VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate, and Trade License as well as Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender as shown in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).8. If Tenderers quoted the tender price more than 10% (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
