Description : The Department of Environment and Natural Resources-Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (DENR - PENRO Aurora), through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (₱5, 000, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Two-Storey Protected Area Management Office (PAMO) with Audio Visual Room (AVR) of the Amro River Protected Landscape (ARPL). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The DENR - PENRO Aurora now invites bids for the construction of the aforementioned project. Completion of the Works is required within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days and shall commence from the date of the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids.
