1) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian for CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY-TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWO PESOS AND FIFTY-FOUR CENTAVOS (P 4, 872, 502.54), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF TWO-STOREY MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING/ DEVELOPMENT CENTER/ BARANGAY GOVERNMENT CENTER AT IYAGAN BAAO, CAMARINES SUR, 2026-074-INF. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 120 Calendar days.
