1) The Isabela State University Angadanan Campus, through the Government of the Philippines for the Fiscal year 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Six Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Five Pesos and 25/100 (P 19, 649, 705.25) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Two-storey Multipurpose Building with Amphitheater. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Isabela State University Angadanan Campus now invites bids for the Construction of Two-storey Multi-purpose Building with Amphitheater . The project requires the contractor to rovide all labor, tools, and equipment for a scope of work that includes site clearing, excavation, structural steel fabrication, and reinforced concrete pouring.
