1) The Municipality of Bacnotan through the DepEd Fund Allocation under GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Six Hundred Fifty-One Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Five Pesos and Eighty-Eight Centavos only (PHP 14, 651, 175.88) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Two Storey Four Classroom School Building at Cabaroan Elementary School, Bacnotan, La Union. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Bacnotan now invites bids for Construction of Two Storey Four Classroom School Building at Cabaroan Elementary School, Bacnotan, La Union.
