1) The JOSE RIZAL MEMORIAL STATE UNIVERSITY - DIPOLOG CAMPUS, through the Special Trust Fund for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos Only (₱3, 940, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Two Storey Extension of the Administration Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
