Description : Invitation to Bid for Construction of Two-Storey Barangay Hall- Multi-Purpose Building (Phase I) at San Ignacio, San Mateo, Isabela (B2026-017-INFRA)
1.The Local Government Unit of San Mateo, Isabela (LGU-SMI), through the Barangay Fund intends to apply the sum Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos and 48/100 (Php999, 950.48) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Two-Storey Barangay Hall- Multi-Purpose Building (Phase I) at San Ignacio, San Mateo, Isabela. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The LGU-SMI now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within thirty-five days (35) days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
