2. The subject of the order are construction works consisting of:
in particular on:
1) preparation of land for the construction of two multi-family residential buildings;
2) construction of two multi-family mixed-use buildings with technical infrastructure, where:
a) building no. 1 (B1) a five-story building with a basement with a flat roof, with the so-called high ground floor; The staircase is equipped with a passenger lift adapted to transport disabled people; a garage hall, technical rooms and a bicycle room were designed on the basement floor; frame building structure: reinforced concrete frames and joists, ceilings reinforced concrete filigree type, direct foundation on the foundation slab; the use of traditional facade materials was designed; Insulation of the building facade with polystyrene - light wet method. A type of fine-grained plaster with a sand structure was used, in subdued colors; Hi walls covered with flexible clinker tiles; Balcony balustrades in the aluminum system are planned, mounted to the front of the balcony slab, filled with safe, tempered glass; Building volume (gross): approx. 21, 800 m3; ; Usable area of the garage hall: approx. 830 m2;
