The subject of the order is the construction of two multi-family residential buildings with land development and external infrastructure on plots no. 13/62 and 13/63 and the construction of a parking lot on plot no. 13/61 in the town of Potulice, Nako nad Noteci commune. together with obtaining the final and unconditional permission to use the buildings. Building No. 1: The designed building will have a residential function as a multi-family building in Potulice, plot no. 13/62 and 13/63. The building was classified in the 13th category of buildings construction as a residential building. On plot 13/61, 20 parking spaces have been designed for the designed buildings, in accordance with the Development Conditions, the required parking space is 0.5 MP per apartment. The construction design is based on the Investor's requirements and the one presented Functional and Utility Program. In accordance with the guidelines, 20 apartments were designed in the building. The building consists of 4 above-ground floors - ground floor and three floors. There are 5 apartments on the ground floor, including one for a disabled person. On the floors 5 houses were placed.
