Invitation to Bid

Construction of Two (2) Waiting Area at Frontline Building under IB No. 2024-06-10 (20)

1. The Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital (JBLMGH), through the Internally Generated Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Million Three Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Five Pesos and 35/100 (PhP 5, 345, 005.35) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Two (2) Waiting Area at Frontline Building under IB No. 2024-06-10 (20). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The JBLMGH now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
